The volunteer form collects your name, email address, selected volunteer categories and activities, usual availability, and consent record. It also collects any mobile number, city or barangay, current location, occupation or organization, Facebook profile URL, Instagram or X / Twitter handle, website or portfolio URL, skills, resources, networks, or other contribution details you choose to provide.

Purpose

The information is used to contact you about volunteer activities and campaign-related opportunities, coordinate the activities you select, and protect the integrity and security of the volunteer program.

Your choices and rights

You should be able to withdraw consent, request access or correction, object to processing where applicable, and request deletion subject to legal obligations. The final notice must explain how to make those requests and how to contact the National Privacy Commission.
